Shipping Policy — The Intentional Pet

Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:

Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's current rates for your delivery location.
Express Post — available where Australia Post provides Express Post coverage for your region, calculated at checkout based on their current rates. If Express Post isn't available for your postcode, this option won't appear at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders totalling $150 (AUD) or more, after any discounts have been applied, qualify for free Standard Shipping, automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to Standard Shipping only - if you'd like your order sent via Express Post, standard Express Post rates will still apply, even on orders over $150.

Please be aware that any products from our Temperature Sensitive collection will only be shipped via Express Post to ensure they arrive with as little time as possible in transit. Because of this, these products do not qualify for our Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150; however, you will benefit from a 30% reduced Express Shipping rate instead.

Estimated Delivery Times
As a guide only (actual times depend on Australia Post's network and your location):

Standard Shipping: typically 5–10 business days for metro areas, and up to 10–14 business days for regional and remote areas.
Express Post: typically 2–5 business days for eligible postcodes within the Express Post network.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to regional and remote areas.

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey through Australia Post's tracking system.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We can ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where supported by Australia Post's service.

Details

Life brings transitions that call for practical adjustments, whether that is supporting a senior dog through incontinence, managing a heat cycle, or aiding recovery after surgery. A washable, reusable nappy offers a considered, lower waste way to navigate these periods with dignity and ease, rather than reaching for disposable options every time.

Having two on hand means there is always a clean option ready while the other is being washed, making this a genuinely practical solution for an ongoing need rather than a stopgap measure. It reflects the same low tox, considered thinking found throughout a more intentional approach to daily care, choosing reusable where a reusable option can genuinely serve the need well.

FAQs

What situations are these nappies typically used for?
Common uses include senior incontinence, heat cycles, post surgical recovery, or house training support during transitional periods.

How do I get the right fit?
Measure your dog carefully according to the sizing guide, and check the fit regularly if your dog's size changes during recovery or ageing.

How should these be washed?
Machine wash according to the care label, ideally after each use, and have a few on hand for rotation.
