All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:

Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's current rates for your delivery location.
Express Post — available where Australia Post provides Express Post coverage for your region, calculated at checkout based on their current rates. If Express Post isn't available for your postcode, this option won't appear at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders totalling $150 (AUD) or more, after any discounts have been applied, qualify for free Standard Shipping, automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to Standard Shipping only - if you'd like your order sent via Express Post, standard Express Post rates will still apply, even on orders over $150.

Please be aware that any products from our Temperature Sensitive collection will only be shipped via Express Post to ensure they arrive with as little time as possible in transit. Because of this, these products do not qualify for our Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150; however, you will benefit from a 30% reduced Express Shipping rate instead.

Details

Some toys earn their place in the rotation simply by offering something a little different, and this crinkle and rope combination does exactly that: pairing the satisfying crunch of a crinkle material with the tug appeal of a rope handle.

For dogs who enjoy varied sensory input during play, this combination keeps things interesting in a way a single texture toy cannot, encouraging investigation, gentle chewing, and light tug play all within the one design.
