Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:

Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's current rates for your delivery location.
Express Post — available where Australia Post provides Express Post coverage for your region, calculated at checkout based on their current rates. If Express Post isn't available for your postcode, this option won't appear at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders totalling $150 (AUD) or more, after any discounts have been applied, qualify for free Standard Shipping, automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to Standard Shipping only - if you'd like your order sent via Express Post, standard Express Post rates will still apply, even on orders over $150.

Please be aware that any products from our Temperature Sensitive collection will only be shipped via Express Post to ensure they arrive with as little time as possible in transit. Because of this, these products do not qualify for our Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150; however, you will benefit from a 30% reduced Express Shipping rate instead.

Estimated Delivery Times
As a guide only (actual times depend on Australia Post's network and your location):

Standard Shipping: typically 5–10 business days for metro areas, and up to 10–14 business days for regional and remote areas.
Express Post: typically 2–5 business days for eligible postcodes within the Express Post network.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to regional and remote areas.

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Details

Cats are notoriously skilled at slipping out of anything that is not fitted with real intention, which makes a genuinely escape proof harness less of a nice to have and more of a necessity for outdoor exploration or travel.

The Catventure Harness is built specifically around this need, using a vest style design that distributes pressure evenly across the body rather than the neck, offering the security to introduce your cat to the outdoors as a considered, gradual journey rather than a risky experiment.

For guardians hoping to expand their cat's world a little, whether through supervised garden time, a leash walk, or travel, this harness offers the confidence to do so without the constant worry of a sudden, successful escape.

FAQs

How do I introduce my cat to wearing a harness for the first time?
Start indoors with short sessions, allowing your cat to wear the harness while engaging in something positive like play or treats, before attempting any outdoor use.

How do I get the correct fit?
Measure your cat's chest and neck carefully according to the sizing guide, and check regularly that you can fit two fingers comfortably underneath.

Is this suitable for kittens?
Check the specific sizing range, and always supervise closely regardless of your cat's age or experience with a harness.
