Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:

Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's current rates for your delivery location.
Express Post — available where Australia Post provides Express Post coverage for your region, calculated at checkout based on their current rates. If Express Post isn't available for your postcode, this option won't appear at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders totalling $150 (AUD) or more, after any discounts have been applied, qualify for free Standard Shipping, automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to Standard Shipping only - if you'd like your order sent via Express Post, standard Express Post rates will still apply, even on orders over $150.

Please be aware that any products from our Temperature Sensitive collection will only be shipped via Express Post to ensure they arrive with as little time as possible in transit. Because of this, these products do not qualify for our Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150; however, you will benefit from a 30% reduced Express Shipping rate instead.

Estimated Delivery Times
As a guide only (actual times depend on Australia Post's network and your location):

Standard Shipping: typically 5–10 business days for metro areas, and up to 10–14 business days for regional and remote areas.
Express Post: typically 2–5 business days for eligible postcodes within the Express Post network.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to regional and remote areas.

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Core Benefits:

A natural kitchen cleaner combining eucalyptus, clove, and tea tree
Free from harsh synthetic chemicals
Suited to kitchens where pet food is prepared alongside human meals
Genuinely effective for everyday kitchen cleaning
Extends a low-tox standard to a genuinely high-traffic household area

Details

Kitchens often see the most overlap between human and pet care: food preparation, bowl washing, and general daily cleaning, all happening in the same space, which makes a natural, effective kitchen cleaner a particularly meaningful place to apply a low tox standard.

This formula combines eucalyptus, clove, and tea tree for a naturally powerful clean, offering guardians a genuine alternative to harsher conventional kitchen products in the one room where pet and human care overlap most directly.

FAQs

Is this safe to use near pet food preparation areas?
Yes, this natural formulation is designed with low-tox households in mind, though always allow surfaces to dry before food preparation, as with any cleaning product.

Does this work as effectively as conventional kitchen cleaners?
Natural formulations can require a little more effort in some cases, but are formulated to be genuinely effective for everyday kitchen use.
