Shipping Policy — The Intentional Pet

Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:

Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's current rates for your delivery location.
Express Post — available where Australia Post provides Express Post coverage for your region, calculated at checkout based on their current rates. If Express Post isn't available for your postcode, this option won't appear at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders totalling $150 (AUD) or more, after any discounts have been applied, qualify for free Standard Shipping, automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to Standard Shipping only - if you'd like your order sent via Express Post, standard Express Post rates will still apply, even on orders over $150.

Please be aware that any products from our Temperature Sensitive collection will only be shipped via Express Post to ensure they arrive with as little time as possible in transit. Because of this, these products do not qualify for our Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150; however, you will benefit from a 30% reduced Express Shipping rate instead.

Estimated Delivery Times
As a guide only (actual times depend on Australia Post's network and your location):

Standard Shipping: typically 5–10 business days for metro areas, and up to 10–14 business days for regional and remote areas.
Express Post: typically 2–5 business days for eligible postcodes within the Express Post network.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to regional and remote areas.

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey through Australia Post's tracking system.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We can ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where supported by Australia Post's service.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or has arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@theintentionalpet.com with your order number so we can investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.

Core Benefits:

A curated joint and mobility support bundle with a higher-strength PEA formulation
Combines PEA with collagen for a more comprehensive joint support approach
Suited to dogs with more significant or established joint concerns
Brings together complementary products working toward one shared goal
A considered starting point for a genuinely targeted joint support routine

Details

For dogs with more established or significant joint concerns, a higher strength approach is often warranted, and this bundle offers exactly that, pairing a 1000mg PEA formulation with collagen support for a genuinely comprehensive approach to joint and mobility care.

Bringing these two complementary elements together in one considered bundle removes the guesswork of building a joint support routine from individual products, offering guardians a fuller, more targeted starting point for a dog whose mobility genuinely needs the extra support.

FAQs

Should I check with my vet before starting this bundle?
Yes, particularly for a dog with more significant joint concerns, discuss the right strength and approach with your vet before beginning.

Why choose the 1000mg strength over a lower dose?
Higher strength formulations are often more suitable for dogs with more significant or established joint concerns; discuss the right strength for your dog with your vet.

Are the individual products in this bundle available separately?
Most products within this bundle are also available individually elsewhere on the site.
