Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:

Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's current rates for your delivery location.
Express Post — available where Australia Post provides Express Post coverage for your region, calculated at checkout based on their current rates. If Express Post isn't available for your postcode, this option won't appear at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders totalling $150 (AUD) or more, after any discounts have been applied, qualify for free Standard Shipping, automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to Standard Shipping only - if you'd like your order sent via Express Post, standard Express Post rates will still apply, even on orders over $150.

Please be aware that any products from our Temperature Sensitive collection will only be shipped via Express Post to ensure they arrive with as little time as possible in transit. Because of this, these products do not qualify for our Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150; however, you will benefit from a 30% reduced Express Shipping rate instead.

New places can be a lot for a dog to take in. Unfamiliar smells, sounds and surfaces all compete for their attention, which can make it hard to switch off and relax. Bringing their own mat gives them something steady to come back to, a small piece of home that travels with you.

The Superior Roll-Up Travel Mat is made for life on the move. Take it to your favourite café, on camping trips, to the beach, on long car trips or when visiting friends. One side is durable, water-resistant canvas for outdoor use, while the other is soft Arctic faux fur for cosier moments. Lofty internal wadding adds a comfortable layer of cushioning in between.

When it's time to head home, roll it up, fasten the Velcro® tabs and carry it by the built-in handles. It's lightweight enough to become part of your everyday outing kit, and machine washable for easy care after muddy or sandy adventures.

Teaching your dog to settle on their own mat is one of the most useful skills you can practise together. Use the same mat consistently at home, during training and on outings, and over time it becomes a clear, comforting signal that it's time to rest.

The mat also fits Superior Raised Dog Beds, adding extra warmth and cushioning. Elasticised loops slip over two of the steel bed legs, and Velcro® tabs secure the remaining corners to keep it in place.

Measure your dog while they're lying down comfortably and choose a size that lets them stretch out. Rolled out, the sizes are:

Yes. Elasticised loops on two corners slip over the steel bed legs, and Velcro® tabs secure the other two corners, adding an extra layer of warmth and comfort to your dog's raised bed.

How do I teach my dog to settle on the mat?
Start at home in a calm space. Reward your dog for stepping onto the mat, then for lying down and staying relaxed. Keep sessions short and positive, and gradually practise in new places once the habit feels familiar.
