Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:

Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's current rates for your delivery location.
Express Post — available where Australia Post provides Express Post coverage for your region, calculated at checkout based on their current rates. If Express Post isn't available for your postcode, this option won't appear at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders totalling $150 (AUD) or more, after any discounts have been applied, qualify for free Standard Shipping, automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to Standard Shipping only - if you'd like your order sent via Express Post, standard Express Post rates will still apply, even on orders over $150.

Please be aware that any products from our Temperature Sensitive collection will only be shipped via Express Post to ensure they arrive with as little time as possible in transit. Because of this, these products do not qualify for our Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150; however, you will benefit from a 30% reduced Express Shipping rate instead.

Estimated Delivery Times
As a guide only (actual times depend on Australia Post's network and your location):

Standard Shipping: typically 5–10 business days for metro areas, and up to 10–14 business days for regional and remote areas.
Express Post: typically 2–5 business days for eligible postcodes within the Express Post network.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to regional and remote areas.

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey through Australia Post's tracking system.

Tiger Variant sold out or unavailable

Core Benefits:

A catnip-infused floor scratcher, naturally appealing to most cats
Encourages natural scratching behaviour in an appropriate, designated spot
Helps protect furniture and carpet from unwanted scratching
Low-profile, easy to place in a favoured area
A practical, proactive addition to household enrichment

Details

Scratching is a genuinely natural, necessary behaviour for cats, not a problem to be eliminated but one to be redirected somewhere appropriate. This floor scratcher, infused with catnip for extra appeal, gives your cat a designated, encouraged outlet for that instinct, helping steer their attention away from furniture and carpet.

Placing this in a favoured spot, wherever your cat already tends to gravitate, makes it far more likely to become their go to scratching location, turning a potentially destructive habit into a natural, well managed part of their daily routine.

FAQs

Where should I place this scratcher?
Position it in an area your cat already frequents or has previously scratched, to encourage them toward the appropriate spot.

How does the catnip help?
Catnip's natural appeal to most cats helps draw their attention toward the scratcher specifically, reinforcing it as their preferred scratching location.

Is catnip safe for all cats?
Catnip is generally safe, though not all cats respond to it, and kittens under three months typically show little to no reaction.
