Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:

Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's current rates for your delivery location.
Express Post — available where Australia Post provides Express Post coverage for your region, calculated at checkout based on their current rates. If Express Post isn't available for your postcode, this option won't appear at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders totalling $150 (AUD) or more, after any discounts have been applied, qualify for free Standard Shipping, automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to Standard Shipping only - if you'd like your order sent via Express Post, standard Express Post rates will still apply, even on orders over $150.

Please be aware that any products from our Temperature Sensitive collection will only be shipped via Express Post to ensure they arrive with as little time as possible in transit. Because of this, these products do not qualify for our Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150; however, you will benefit from a 30% reduced Express Shipping rate instead.

Estimated Delivery Times
As a guide only (actual times depend on Australia Post's network and your location):

Standard Shipping: typically 5–10 business days for metro areas, and up to 10–14 business days for regional and remote areas.
Express Post: typically 2–5 business days for eligible postcodes within the Express Post network.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to regional and remote areas.

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Details

Mealtime is one of the most repeated rituals in a dog's day, which makes the quality of what fills the bowl worth paying attention to. Doggy Grub Casserole takes the comfort of a slow cooked, home style meal and turns it into an easy, everyday feeding option.

Rather than a heavily processed pouch, this casserole leans on real, recognisable ingredients, the kind of meal you could imagine coming from your own kitchen rather than a factory line. Served as a complete meal or spooned over dry kibble to add moisture and flavour, it fits easily into whatever feeding rhythm already works for your dog, while adding a little more warmth and intention to the process.

FAQs

Can this be fed as a complete meal, or only as a topper?
It can be used either way. Feed it as a standalone complete meal, or spoon a smaller amount over dry food to add moisture and flavour.

Is this suitable for puppies?
This casserole is generally suitable for dogs of all life stages, though as always, introduce any new food gradually and check with your vet if your puppy has specific dietary needs.

How should I store an opened tin or pouch?
Once opened, store any unused portion in the fridge in a sealed container and use within a few days.
