Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from:

Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on Australia Post's current rates for your delivery location.
Express Post — available where Australia Post provides Express Post coverage for your region, calculated at checkout based on their current rates. If Express Post isn't available for your postcode, this option won't appear at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Free Standard Shipping
Orders totalling $150 (AUD) or more, after any discounts have been applied, qualify for free Standard Shipping, automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to Standard Shipping only - if you'd like your order sent via Express Post, standard Express Post rates will still apply, even on orders over $150.

Please be aware that any products from our Temperature Sensitive collection will only be shipped via Express Post to ensure they arrive with as little time as possible in transit. Because of this, these products do not qualify for our Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150; however, you will benefit from a 30% reduced Express Shipping rate instead.

Details

This variant brings activated charcoal into the well established Himalayan yak chew format, a naturally hardened milk based chew that occupies a dog for a genuinely long time, now with an added element some guardians specifically seek out for its natural properties.

Combined with the familiar cheese finish that makes standard yak chews so appealing, this version offers the same exceptional longevity guardians have come to expect from this category, simply with an additional natural ingredient woven into the formula.

FAQs

How long does a yak chew typically last?
This varies depending on your dog's chewing style, but yak chews are known for lasting considerably longer than most natural chews, often weeks depending on the dog.

What does activated charcoal add to this chew?
Activated charcoal is a natural ingredient some guardians specifically seek out, valued for its traditional associations, though it does not change the fundamental long lasting nature of the chew itself.

Are these suitable for dogs with dairy sensitivities?
As these are made from milk, they are not suitable for dogs with a known dairy allergy or sensitivity.
